影像表现

胸廓对称，双肺纹理清晰;左肺上叶下舌段、左肺下叶外基底段见两枚小结节影，直径约0.3cm;余双肺散在少许条索影纵隔内未见明显肿大淋巴结影。心脏未见明显增大。双侧胸腔及心包未见明显积液。扫及双乳腺体局部致密，左乳可疑软组织增厚影。两侧大脑半球对称，脑实质内未见明显异常密度影。脑室系统未见明显扩张，脑沟裂未见增宽加深，中线结构居中。

诊断意见

颅脑、胸部薄层CT平扫:1.左肺上叶下舌段、左肺下叶外基底段小结节，随诊。2.双肺少许炎性索条。3.扫及双乳腺体局部致密，左乳可疑软组织增厚影，请结合专科检查。4.颅内未见确切占位征象。

Imaging findings

The thorax is symmetrical, and the lung textures are clear: two small nodular shadows are observed in the lower lingular segment of the left upper lobe and the outer basal segment of the left lower lobe, with diameters approximately 0.3 cm; scattered few cord-like shadows are seen in the remaining both lungs, and no obvious enlarged lymph node shadows are found in the mediastinum. The heart shows no significant enlargement. No obvious effusion is found in both thoracic cavities and pericardium. Scans reveal local density of both breast bodies, and a suspicious soft tissue thickening shadow is observed in the left breast. Both cerebral hemispheres are symmetrical, and no obvious abnormal density shadows are found in the brain parenchyma. No significant dilation of the ventricular system is observed, and the sulci and fissures are not widened or deepened. The midline structure is centered.

Diagnosis opinions

Cranial and thoracic thin-layer CT plain scan: 1. Small nodular shadows in the lower lingular segment of the left upper lobe and the outer basal segment of the left lower lobe, to be followed up. 2. A few inflammatory cord-like shadows in both lungs. 3. Scans reveal local density of both breast bodies, a suspicious soft tissue thickening shadow in the left breast, please combine with specialized examinations. 4. No definite space-occupying sign is found in the brain.
