证床诊断:待查 送检医师的要求: 待查检查部位和名称: 上腹部根平扫增强
Examination site and name: Enhanced plain MR scan of the upper abdomen
Examination methods: TRA: T1 weighted imaging-in phase/out of phase, T2 weighted imaging/fat suppression, diffusion-weighted imaging; COR: T2 weighted imaging; enhanced (Gd-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, 15 mL, intravenous injection, rate: 1.5 mL/s) TRA: LAVA/mDixon/eThrive tri-phase scanning
There were no obvious abnormities in the size and shape of the liver. Multiple inhomogeneous mass opacities were observed in the liver. T1WI showed slightly low signal intensity and T2WI slightly high signal intensity. The largest lesion in the right lobe was about 54 mm*52 mm. Ring enhancement was found in the enhanced scan. No obvious abnormal signal was observed in the gallbladder area. Both intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts were free from dilatation and stenosis. There were no obvious abnormities in the size, shape and signal of pancreas. Main pancreatic duct was free from obvious dilatation. The space of surrounding fatty was clear. Small nodules with a diameter of about 4 mm were observed in the spleen. T1WI showed low signal intensity and T2WI high signal intensity. Enhancement was not obvious in the enhanced scan. Restricted diffusion was not observed on the DWI-ADC images. Multiple non-enhanced nodules with long T1 and T2 signal were observed in double kidneys. There was no obvious enlarged lymph node in the posterior peritoneum, and no obvious effusion in the abdominal cavity.
Multiple mass lesions were observed in the liver, which was considered to be metastatic tumors in combination with the medical history.Small nodules were observed in the spleen. The lesion was relatively small with uncertain nature. Follow-up was required.Minute cysts were observed in double kidneys.
