所见

乳腺纤维腺体组织量(FGT)及背景实质强化(BPE):双乳呈散在分布纤维腺体组织;乳腺背景实质强化水平极少。

病变位置、大小及信号:位于左内下象限(约6-7点钟方向，中后部)，边界欠清，形态不规则，边缘稍欠规则，大小约1.1x1.0cm;T1WI等信号，T2WI稍高信号，未见确切弥散受限。

内部强化特征:呈不均匀强化。

动态增强及时间信号曲线(TIC)类型:早期前2min呈快速强化(信号强度增加>100%)，延迟期2min后呈廓清型强化(TICI型)。

相关征象:双侧腋窝数枚小淋巴结显示，大者短径约0.4cm。双乳头未见凹陷，皮肤未见异常增厚强化，胸壁未见受侵。

其他:增强见双乳散在多个逐渐强化斑点影，呈类圆形，边缘光整，直径小于5mm，无法评估内部强化特征。

Findings:

Breast fibroglandular tissue volume (FGT) and background parenchymal enhancement (BPE): The breasts show scattered fibroglandular tissue distribution; the background parenchymal enhancement level in the breasts is rarely affected by the lesions.

Location, size and signal: Located in the left inferior inner quadrant (approximately 6-7 o'clock direction, middle posterior part), with an unclear boundary, irregular shape, slightly irregular edge, size approximately 1.1x1.0 cm; T1WI shows isointense signal, T2WI shows slightly higher signal, no definite diffusion limitation was observed.

Internal enhancement characteristics: Inhomogeneous enhancement.

Dynamic enhancement and time-signal curve (TIC) type: In the first 2 minutes of the early stage, there is rapid enhancement (signal intensity increases > 100%), and after 2 minutes of the delayed phase, it shows clearing-type enhancement (TICI type).

Relevant findings: Multiple small lymph nodes were observed in both armpits, with the largest ones having a short diameter of approximately 0.4 cm. No depression was noted at the nipples, and there was no abnormal thickening or enhancement of the skin, nor any invasion of the chest wall.

Other: Enhancement showed scattered multiple gradually intensifying punctate shadows in both breasts, which were circular in shape, with smooth edges, and had a diameter of less than 5 mm. The internal enhancement characteristics could not be evaluated.
